More Than a Painting Company

We believe a local business should do more than provide a service — it should invest back into the community it serves. Armored Painting was built here in the Rio Grande Valley by two combat veterans who grew up in these neighborhoods, and the Valley is where every dollar we give goes.

That means supporting education and classrooms, youth activities and athletic teams, veterans and their families, local nonprofits, and the causes our neighbors care about. Some of it is a check. Some of it is paint, labor, and a weekend. All of it stays local.

Where Our Support Goes

Operation Veteran Paint Project

Every year we select a Rio Grande Valley veteran and repaint the exterior of their home at no cost, alongside local sponsors who donate paint, materials, and labor. The donated value of each project is counted in our contribution total.

How We Review Requests

  1. Submit Your Request

Call our office and walk us through your request. Have the details above ready and we will take it from there.

  2. We Review It

Our team weighs community impact, timing, fit, and the sponsorship budget we have available for the year.

  3. We Contact Selected Applicants

We follow up when we need more information. Submitting a request does not guarantee a sponsorship — we wish we could support every one.

Jose Robledo, Co-Owner of Armored Painting

We came home from Iraq to the same Valley we grew up in, and we started this company here for a reason. Every school we sponsor, every veteran's home we repaint, every team we help send down the road — that's the Valley taking care of its own. We're grateful to be in a position to help, and we're not close to done.
